Several website changes are being worked on during the offseason.  Already implemented is a method of importing your players from GotSoccer to our Team Registration forms. We've also adopted a new way for you to keep track of your outstanding fines and charges and we will be slowly implementing it.  You and your coaches and parents will be able to pay their outstanding fines via credit card on the website with transactions processed through PayPal.  A PayPal account is not necessary.  The negative to this approach is that we now will have a better way of keeping track of those who haven't made their payments.  At the moment the system only shows those outstanding fines from red card/disciplinary committee.  To check if your club has any outstanding balance, you can go to the web site and check.  The menu for payments is under the restricted tab and also under a new main menu item for "Red Cards" on the main page.

The balances you see do NOT take into consideration any charges outstanding for team registrations, late fees, or credits or forfeit fees.  We hope to implement that for the next seasonal year so that you can keep track of your balance at any time. You must be current at the time of our AGM in order to vote on issues.
